Is it possible to purchase B-Stock for a lower price?
It is certainly possible, just drop us a line per email to firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at +49 (0) 6074 / 8684-0 and we can send you an offer. Please be aware that there are different minimum quantities for B-Stock articles and that most of the time, the total leftover quantity needs to be ordered at once.
Is there a quantity discount?
There certainly is! Just contact us and we will get back to you with an offer.
Starting at 100m we will offer discounts.
What difference do the yarns make?
How can I place an order?
You can of course just order online. But we also accept orders per email and will always send you an order confirmation.
This is to ensure you get what you want.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
For orders online the minimum quantity is 1m.
Can I order samples?
You can order 1m online.
Which payment methods do you accept?
How will I receive the bill?
You will receive an overview with the order confirmation. After shipment, the invoice will be added to your package and/or send to you per email.

Will the bill include VAT?
For private invoices within Germany or the EU the VAT will be included. Outside the EU additional Duties and taxes may apply.
What is the shipping fare within and outside of Germany?

Can I return unsatisfactory items?
While we give our outmost care to control the material, something may slip by nonetheless.
In case the quantity does not match (less then ordered to a noticeable degree) or the material arrives damaged (production defects), please drop us a message with the necessary information.
